I can’t understand how we keep punishing defensive players when they try to hit a guy in the “strike zone” but the offensive player in a split second changes the said “strike zone”. Esp going from up right to low which results in the head hit. Would love feedback.

@Mr_Stadem @mchristensenbv Going out for track as a 9th grader was the BEST decision of my athletic career. Helped in ALL sports! Gave me a ton of confidence that I could learn/adapt new skills. Workouts PUSHED me!! Still dread 500/400/350 (over training) hurdle workouts! Helped I had a great Coach!.

@CoachVass Us too. Good coach will find the “language barrier”. Tell me what you’re doing vs O Sets and we will make it work. We do this all the time, it’s how u end up #2 in D2 in NCAA in total D. You don’t care about language or ego, you learn and adapt and put it in. Print it, we’re in!!.
