. Completed Insanity Asylum Vol1 Speed & Agility workout. I still think this is on the top 5 list of hardest insane workouts. I am one tired sister even with Energize and Hydrate. But trust & believe I had to dig deeper!

After taking a few weeks off due to surgery and poor eating habits over a 2 month time period decided to start 80 Day Obsession. Day 1 Total Body Care workout is ✅. Got to get back right and today is my start day. Accountability is key!

Day 80 of 80 Day Obsession ✅ completed Booty. This is surreal! I did not miss a day nor did I cheat the timed nutrition. I am so proud of myself for making the commitment to do this workout & not quit. My body has definitely changed throughout these 80 days for the better.

Moving ain’t for the weak! Glad I work out. My workout for today consist of walking up and down 3 flights of stairs carrying furniture, boxes and clothes. My 52.5 adjustable dumbbells got me. 💪🏾.
