review. We have been updated on the matter and half of our 1,000pc shipment has been successfully released to us. We are currently working on 500 bong + 300 moon bowl orders to be shipped out by Feb 10th. Pick up date Feb 13th. Because US customs is a government branch

We had originally intended to open CLOUDS in early February but because of a push back on Sincerely Art’s previous pre-order drop (The Moon Bong) we decided not to open until orders have cleared. This was a very difficult choice, as there is so much we have been working on for

there is literally no point of contact — only updates VIA mail. Trust me when we say — this is not at all what we wanted. For our customers nor for ourselves. But this is just us being completely transparent on the matter.

Clouds while simultaneously closing out “Sincerely Art.” When bongs were dropped back in November — there was a preorder notification on the product. This was to ensure each customer purchasing was clear and aware that the product being sold was not yet in stock

rather being made. Bongs finalized in early January (as our timeline expected) and arrived in US port mid Jan. Our original timeframe for all shipments was Jan 20th. This got pushed back when US customs (a government branch) notified us that our shipment was being held and under
