pilot kicks off tomorrow (1st in Ire). No doubt it will take time to bed down but I'm confident it will be hugely positive. We need a big change in how we treat the streets around our schools and if this is successful it will be a model to use elsewhere.

I paid a visit to the Casino yesterday morning to see how things are progressing ahead of the official opening. All on track! I'll have the honour of opening this iconic building & model railway on the 21st of January. Can't wait! 🚂🚃 🚂🚃

. 20 species recorded. The kids loved helping with it too! Our resident robin has paired up ♥️ Couldn't believe it this morning when 3 redpolls showed up a day late for the survey 🤣 Never even seen 1 before!

Come on people! This is going to get far worse before it gets better. We need to do everything we can to mitigate against the spread of this virus. Follow the instructions of the people who know what they're talking about. I would take the advice as the bare minimum we should do!
Social distancing applies to all age groups, all people in Ireland.
We need our younger generation to follow social distancing measures to protect their grandparents, parents or family members who may have underlying health conditions.

Also love the mindset that changing the priority on a road - "make it a street" is not a downgrade, it's an upgrade! Traders in car dominated areas asking for theirs to be "upgraded" next. Notion that you need a boot to shop local blown away. Baskets & cargo bikes used.

It's no fun trying to navigate a kissing gate when you have the kids in a trailer. Had to disconnect it & squeeze through the only way in/out of Holywell park. They stop many people from enjoying our parks & other public spaces &
