Dr Harry McNaughton's recent Clinical Rehab editorial argues the need for rehabilitation medicine to move away from its standard physical therapy-intensive approach by incorporating a patient-centred model informed by individual circumstances and motivations.
Put the person with stroke, not the clinician first. Stroke rehab guideline recs UK/Aus/Can not evidence based. Our editorial in Clin Rehab. @sarahftyson @TheStrokeAssoc @derickwaderehab @nickayes4 @averttrial

Happy 2nd Anniversary #MegaRox. 🎉 It's two years today since the MRINZ @MegaROXtrial team started investigating the optimal oxygen regimen in critically ill patients in the largest intensive care clinical trial ever undertaken.
Today marks two years on from our first #MegaROX enrolment. In this time we have expanded to 39 sites, who have collectively enrolled 4339 patients so far. We plan to have another 30 sites on board by the end of the year 🥳 @DogICUma @MegaROXtrial #LOGICALtrial @spiralweb
