Yes, and plenty of people have reactions to them. If you want yourself and your children to take them, more power to you. It's when they are forced on others, or their side effects or ingredients are hidden, that's the issue. I don't take the flu vaccine - not because I don't belive in vaccines - but I'd rather get the flu. Not that I've had the flu in the past 20 years.

Apologies if this link is behind a paywall - I had access to it without an account. Well met, CFS warrior. But just because you've settled on possible causes does not mean that there aren't others. With respect to maintaining the original definition, I agree.. except as the article notes, the disease was poorly defined even way back when. I'm reminded of AIDS - Kaposi's sarcoma, one of the signature characteristics of what doctors were grouping into a category of illness called AIDS, was removed over time to expand the definition of AIDS. However they came up with the answer, HIV, that never was shown to create Kaposi's Sarcoma. The more likely cause of the immune stress at the time were Nitrate Poppers.. CFS, and certainly the version that existed at Lake Tahoe, fits nicely within that category of sickness caused by allergens or toxicity. Add to that fact that the "Virus Hunters" were in full swing, where everything including a "C" on your math quiz might be caused by viruses. Gallo, mentioned in the article, was also involved in the AIDS hunt. This happened so often, that a group of scientists don't believe that viruses exist in the first place. There has certainly been no isolation, at least in a way the court recognizes (see Stephan Lanka shows german court that the measles virus has not been proven to exist). If the mechanism behind measles and other "Viruses" is found to not be the virus, your CFS would also require a different explanation. So be open.

It's not the "vaccine" part that's the issue - it's the mercury based preservative they use. Some vaccines have it, some don't. But just like the lead based paint that probably harmed the majority of the US population at some point, some people are more affected than others. It might be a dose thing. It might be a particular area that was affected.
