I never take or set up training and cannot get my head round doing it.
Every time I start at a new club the first thing I do is sack all the staff and set up my own team, 1st team/reserve/youth and add a few club legends in too.

Just think, where we’d be now with a proper manager who knows how to coach his defence, has good game management and tries to kill teams off instead of sitting back on leads against 10 men and dropping points every game. We wouldn’t be 5 points behind that’s for sure.
