Nahh I couldn’t. But at least I’ve read the nutrition facts. This is a Czech fast food and I don’t think there is something special on it but its Ham & Egg sandwich has 380kcal 18g protein 7g sugar and 2g salt. Not that horrible and the Salmon with a pumpkin bread should be the healthiest option on the menu.

I really miss fast foods but the high sodium and PUFAs always made me my body tired and fat face so I’m just choosing a real food. Can we make the fast foods healthy yet?

This is a first Mg based supp I bought from a Czech producer. I’m still concerned about bisglycinate as it is not a pure glycinate but the Gaba and Theanine convinced me to buy it. Price is higher than average US glycinate, about $35. Will update results.
