The changes are from a tax bill passed in 2017 when then House Speaker Paul Ryan (R), and then President Donald Trump (R) were in office. In the bill the change was to be implemented this year, it is fully a republican act that taxes have changed this season.

Yes blacks included, but a lot of other people such as Asians, Hispanics and even Italians at one point were seen as less than cause they were immigrants and not natural born citizens. Times have definitely changed and they’ve assimilated to become the same people that hate them.
