This is frankly abhorrent. Disgraceful scenes playing out in too many places. Communities are suffering with mindless vandalism like this.
Our thoughts are with @Liverpoollib. Spellow Hub Library, opened last year as the 'library of the future' to support local people get education and routes into work was set on fire amid scenes of violent disorder in north Liverpool.
