@MoneySavingExp I desperately want to change provider to benefit from cheaper rates, but my provider is not sorting a faulty meter and, 1 year on, we now have a debt of £8k!!! Help!

@claires I bought an item for my daughter priced at £4.50 but at the till it came up £6. When I queried it, the staff member said it was a mistake by whoever put the sticker on. She didn't honour the £4.50 and that is going against the trade description act. Staff need training!

Hugely disappointed with @marksandspencer today. Wouldn't do a straight exchange on a pair of jeans that were a Christmas present (no receipt) and were the wrong size. Now I'm stuck with a pair of jeans that are no good! I wasn't asking for the money - just the right size!

@thameswater can I ask when you will be cleaning up the mess you have left @TheCranbourne Primary School, EN11? This should have been done last Friday and the school are unable to use their main entrance. My daughter's shoes have also covered my car in mud!! Completely shoddy!

@TfL the road signs on M11 are showing closure of Blackwall tunnel southbound. We have diverted onto M25 (to discover an accident) and yet your website cameras show the Blackwall tunnel is operating. Shoddy!!
