Last night showed the growth of our football team. Each week keeps bringing challenges that builds a football team in a “team”. For 3 out of 4 weeks we lost close football games and last night they came together to finish one. I am so proud of these guys. Halftime and End

Down 21-7 going into the 4th quarter. Fought back to go into OT and lost in Double overtime to desert mountain. No excuses just have to work and learn to finish the job. Proud of the resilience my guys are showing. Defense played their butt off all night long.

Congrats to @C_Dixon00 and his teammates on winning the frontier conference championship tournament. 3peat. First team to do it. Also he’s undefeated in championship games at the great falls arena. Won his HS state championship and 2 frontier conference championships there.

Our 2024 football season is in the books, and what a journey it’s been! A lot of emotions. When I first got the job here at cactus shadows these seniors were Sophmores. Some were trying to figure out if they should stay and some left. One thing I can say is these boys grew up.

Today was a great day for many reason. One big reason for me is talking to my seniors about visits and were there thinking about going. Despite all of the issues for high school kids getting recruited , it’s great to see that I will have guys playing at the next level next season.
