I also believe that if, 400 years ago, we were debating whether the world was flat or round, the BBC would have to have one scientist for each side giving facts to prove both cases, despite the overwhelming evidence. It was the same with the Brexit referendum, hence where we are!.

Unfortunately, two of the biggest supporters of Brexit were the fishermen and the farmers, despite the NFU warning them of all the risks. Sadly they are two of the industries worst affected. The lies that were told to them by the Brexiters were verging on criminal.

I wouldn’t blame the referee. He wasn’t great, but decisions he got wrong were 50 50 calls. He awarded us 2 penalties, and we missed one with a bad strike. They scored 2 excellent goals in open play. I predicted 2 1, but could go either way, and that’s exactly what happened. Pity.
