@postcyborg He’s not justifying racism either. And I come from one of the worlds most racialised groups on the planet so you can’t accuse me of being an insensitive. The public scolding culture was bad and didn’t help anyone.

The ending of friendships like that was pretty sad and counterproductive.
Surreal to look back a decade ago to that mass cultural psychosis where people were ending lifelong friendships with public call out posts over micro aggressions and what did it all result in? Racism back stronger than it has been since the 1960s
