Excited to share our lab's latest research, out today @NatureSMB, which describes how 53BP1 controls DNA Repair in class-switching B cells & BRCA1 mutant cancers. Final article can be found here: & the following thread walks you through the details
Our lab's latest is now out on BioRxiv. In this work we set out to understand how 'shieldin' regulates #DNArepair, focusing on its physiological function in B cells & pathological contributions to BRCA1-mutant cancers. Some background & take-home msgs (1/)
