The Deekshanta Samarambha 2025, our First Convocation Ceremony at Chanakya University, was a day of immense pride and joy as we witnessed our students taking the solemn pledge and receiving their well-earned degrees. This historic milestone beautifully reflected Chanakya University's vision of nurturing global leaders deeply rooted in Indian values. The event showcased traditions such as the "Jnana Dhanda - the Sceptre", and students adorned the traditional Uttariya, a stole with a classic Ilkal border on cotton silk, symbolizing our cultural heritage. The ceremony began with prayers to Bharata Mata, and the convocation procession was accompanied by the enchanting sounds of the Nadaswaram. The pledge, inspired by "Shishyaanushasanam" from the Taittiriya Upanishad, echoed profound values, including Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.
