🍽️ The Arts for Health and Wellbeing Team supported the ‘Digital Dinners’ project with partners @UVWales and @Women_CF Urban- Vertical CIC delivered a weekly online cooking course which focussed on healthy ingredient alternatives.

🌱‘Lifecycles’ - Series of workshops delivered by @uvwales focused on the creation of four collaborative mandalas, each symbolising a season – Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring. In collaboration with Pedal Power and Headway, the workshops intertwined creativity and food.

In the Space to Grow exhibition, you can find poetry and artwork created as part of the Power of the Pen project 🖊️ Young people living with with Type 1 diabetes embarked on a 10-week creative journey to express their lived experiences through poetry.

🌱 Tomorrow, @uvwales will deliver the last of the series of creative sessions at the Hearth Gallery. Huge thank you to the team for their work on the Space to Grow project. The Cyanotype workshop will run 11am – 1pm, Friday 26th April, we can’t wait to see you there!

‘The Art of Eating Well’ delivered by Urban-Vertical CIC, in collaboration with Cardiff and Vale UHB Public Health Dietetics Team. The project was an 8-week course which integrated cooking, nutrition, and creativity, to explore the profound connection between food and our lives.
