Every Wednesday, police liaison officers Make It Better at Heath Park by hosting a safe space for colleagues and the community to take a moment during their busy schedules to just walk and talk. If you'd like to Make It Better for our colleagues too, visit

Gareth Made It Better by running 500km in 1 month with the goal of raising £500; £1 for every km. Gareth exceeded his running target by completing 644km, and raised over £900! Make It Better for our patients and colleagues by donating today. 💙

In November, patients and staff within NRU have been Making It Better by challenging themselves to run, cycle, and swim - their very own IRONMAN! In total, they have covered 2749.6 miles, which is the equivalent to 19.5 IRONMANS!💝
