What virus was the CDC most concerned with, before COVID? Is it Influenza A? Yes. Can it be found easily? No. Why not? It's not in any commercially available PCR test. Why not? Langley needed to hide the outbreak of it, since it killed 1/4 of the egg laying chickens on earth, and 7 million people. Capiche? 🐓☣️

@Dusty42402999 was a big push for these agreements to give direct $ to farmers (that implemented the new system/management practices) It might be that a big pool administered to them and they dole out the funds to the other parties? Kept overhead $ to universities lower which vilsack wanted
