@edwardrhbarlow Thanks. Shame because not everyone arrives early to church or if visiting don't feel they can ask. Coming from baptist background I don't really see need to consecrate so perhaps I'll being my own gf bread when next in a C of E church. This clergy spouse often breaks the rules.🤣

@VicarManSE15 It's the grey areas in-between - strictly not illegal but subtle bullying and unspoken effects on careers if a priest is seen to be stepping out of line however reasonably. An example being marked as troublesome because of whistle-blowing having been told to move on.
