You are absolutely correct, but the disconnect is with the human ego. Nearly every coach that doesn’t meet each criteria would most probably think they are impacting their players in a positive way. “It’s the player.” How does this change is the big question.
Coaches if your objective isn’t to impact your players In a way that will allow them grow and become better young men, students, and athletes then they were when you first met them, your failing. Winning is a byproduct of great culture 🤞🏽💯
