If there were no child sex trafficking, no studio would be able to make money from the subject matter. No one begrudges a studio that tries to make a living. But all profit should be dedicated to eradicating the tragedy that prompted the movie.

Ukraine became an independent nation in 1991. The referendum received over 90% of the votes cast by Ukrainians. That same year, the Commonwealth of Independent States was created. It acknowledged Ukraine's independence. When Russia attacked Ukraine in 2022, that was an invasion.

My guess is that Putin has to appear concerned about Palestinians, who are supported by Iran. Putin needs Iranian drones for use in Ukraine. He also needs America to be distracted by the Hamas-Israeli conflict. That may make his war in Ukraine easier to manage.

Pep, the world wasn't oblivious to children's suffering before Angel Studios came around. Angel Studios appear to be good at self-promotion, though. Meanwhile, many agencies and charity organizations have been doing the hard work of rescuing trafficked children for decades.
