@drdagly I believe that positive visuals have healing properties, so I had saved a collection of your photographs prior to going in for spine surgery 13 days ago… and focused on them as I dealt with severe pain. Thank you for creating them!!!

@ebert_ann @LouDPhillips Yep … 4 days ago (on Monday) had L3-L5 decompression. Woke up on Tuesday missing something…back pain. Cried like a baby!

Thought I would take a moment to thank everyone who has contacted me with well wishes! Spine surgery is a scary proposition. Mine happened this past Monday, in Calgary. Wow! What an ordeal! I send thanks to my surgeon, Dr. Nicolls and all who dedicate their lives to help others!
