As a result of the council approval of joint city/Co LHAP-aka Homeless spending plan-$6.5m of the structural budget deficit of $66m was moved from Sac GF to HAP funding. Thus, our City deficit is now $59.5m. We should be talking about THIS everyday not international affairs.
