I believe this as much as any other hypothesis with respect to the Tic Tac. It knew our CAP points for example. There were "military" personnel who rapidly boarded and confiscated radar data. Also, I do not remember hearing about any near collisions but I could be wrong on that one. It was a perfect near real-world environment for testing.
