I think we all have to come to grips here (this is more to wrestling fans themselves, not the initial Tweeter) that wrestlers are not your friends, and the much of the time don't believe in the same things you believe in. Pro wrestling and combat sports usually appeals to (1)

@OliverL4 @elliottswrstlin I've been a fan since UFC 5, so I know a lot (though not stuff of now). But like I said Shibata left wrestling for five years to do MMA. And before he left he left NJPW to do Big Mouth Loud, which was a worked shoot company. He was gone from wrestling circa 2006-2011.

@PainImpact Caster is guilty of doing low hanging fruit too, but again, he CAN be great.

@DonMartell2122 People have zero concept of "population density". I can't tell you how many times I've had to explain that to people for what seems like decades.

@PainImpact Dustin's promo on Dynamite was an amazing promo. MJF CAN be good if he toned down the rhetoric and the useless screaming and the low hanging fruit material.

@PainImpact Or if they aren't screaming at the top of their lungs they have to be annoyingly snarky. Bockwinkel was way too classy for today's wrestling, same with Jack Brisco. Wrestling was always grody, but you know what I mean!

@OliverL4 @elliottswrstlin Also with Shibata he left for 5 years to do mma (having a bad record at that), so that hurt his legacy. Plus for the first however so many years of his career he was a total crowbar (just ridiculously stiff). He was far inferior to Tanahashi and Nakamura as an overall worker.
