So, my friend unveiled his first manuscript as a PI. They use Spatial scOrganellomics to assess organelle organization in hepatocytes in different microenvironments. Combining 3D imaging & machine learning, they identify & predict organelle signatures in health & disease. WHAT?🚀
I am happy to see our first manuscript already in bioRxiv! This collaborative work present a strategy to image and extract single-cell organelle signatures in tissues. Shout-out to all the authors! @AlexHillsley @rox_ad @Isa_Espinosa_M @janfunkey
