If trapped in false lumen ivus on that wire and find true - false lumen divide proximally. Rewire with second wire with Ivus im place to confirm. Stent over second wire after ivus confirmation on that on. Nice work on final btw !👏

Very sad news re David Foley. Lots of wonderful tributes to him on & off this platform. Talented, yes. Funny, very. Impactful, hugely. He wore it all so lightly- so completely free of hubris- he will be missed
