This bill represented an attack on the rural way of life and was riddled with dangerous proposals.

Mike. If you look back in History to the two French subs that were lost the Eurydice sank and they knew where she went down and it took 5 months to locate her. The other submarine Minerva has never been found to this day. So it is not easy to find a needle in a haystack.
