Absolutely true … add in fake foreign pro academies growing in Grassroots ! We have one in sleepy Suffolk where you pay in Euros …😉🤯🥴 but hoping their accounts and financials have improved ( or become accurate )…… unsure how they will hedge FX risk ! #Grassroots #FX

@savegrassroots Tbh it’s like the new Wembley … got told they over spent so much had to cut departments at The FA ( that supported grassroots like financials team ) !! Look after themselves first …. Naturally.

@alexjhurley @savegrassroots Depends if linked to local non league club who has an Astro !! Not enough in our area and costs the same for a 5v5 pitch for u15’s !!! Not saying they don’t put money in but check @FootballFoundtn and majority comes from tax payer ! Not football……

@SuffolkFA Personally don’t think suitable to take on this role supporting local grassroots football in County. How can a Charity have a CEO who won’t provide evidence about missing fundraising !? @ChtyCommission Event held I believe on his business premises ! BMCIC / BLC

@alexjhurley @savegrassroots Have you tried hiring them for games or training ? Loads now belong to private entities making money. These should be non profit to facilitate grassroots football. Appreciate money pumped in but like most things in country .. where does that money end up ??
