The entire situation basically got thrown aside for “wall-riding” which was a weak ruling to get out of those last 20 laps. Chevy started the race manipulation just to have Toyota attempt it back. Bell got caught up in it all trying to get that last point and kept it in the wall after his momentum was already gone. Bell is the only one truly affected and he was the least egregious in the whole deal imo
