Haven't felt this good about Washington's collective leadership (owners + scouts + coaches) in my adult life. I'm 43.

@jsmarkow Incredibly well done. They have a lot of good players on rookie deals, and some more-than-capable vets on bargain deals. Baun -- outrageous.

@1570_landa I think you're wrong. He made several important plays for them this season. When your roster is that loaded and that deep, you fill small, specific roles very intentionally. No GM is perfect but we should avoid giving him anything he thinks he needs.

@JorgieThomas Dotson is a distraction. Howie is elite, and his team is at the apex, with staying power. We gotta stop accommodating him.

@JorgieThomas Dotson is whatever. Maybe we didn't miss him but Howie surely thinks he got exactly what he needed. Howie is so good. I don't think we can afford to help him anymore, even if it helps us as much or more. They need to come down.

@theogwdg I'm not saying the deals weren't good for us. But they were good for them too. That squad is a juggernaut. Can't help them at all. Take a little less from someone else.
