I just don’t understand this anti weight room. Anytime someone talks about the benefits of the weight room and getting stronger there’s somebody with some slick sh*t to say particularly from the T&F community. Weight room is where the lowest hanging fruit is for ALL ATHLETES.

in high school we talked about being comfortable with the switch to defense at anytime……he sent me a text his freshman year…..moving to LB. Instant impact.
Can't be easy to move from QB and play linebacker at the college level, but

is sure getting the hang of it. 9 tackles (1.5 for loss), two fumble recoveries, with one for a 33-yard TD.
