@MattBrownEP @TBM_JY The State University I work for has done a great job at not needing to relying on STATE funding but losing this overhead costs(especially if other federal funders follow suite) will be devastating.

@ScottyGZone My educated guess is that NIH will be the first to make this change but soon others (NSF, Dept of Defense, NASA, etc )will follow. This could have huge impact on Utah State and specifically the Space Dynamics Lab.

Here's the thing about the Jazz ending. They really didn't screw up or do anything wrong. No missed free throws down the stretch, no bad turnovers. Suns just got two huge shots
