Very excited to have been able to tell this story, where we describe the regulation of TGF signaling via BAG3 in cardiac fibroblasts! Grateful for colead @MaggieMorsink and the mentorship of @GVNlab, @fineheartlab, Seidman Lab, and the many others who contributed to this work!
Our manuscript detailing a mechanism of cardiac fibrosis caused by the loss of BAG3 is now out in @jclinicalinvest! Congrats to co-leads @BryanZWang & @MaggieMorsink, & grateful for collaborators in the @GOuditresearch, @fineheartlab, & Seidman labs!

@Leili_Rohani Read your comment re cell density - we generally replate ipscs at a density of 2-3M / well in a 6 well plate two days prior to chir. Also we have had success with the cardiomyocyte expansion method reported by the Wu lab,for when your ddx does work
