Tipperary Co. Board have confirmed that coinciding with the 100-year anniversary of Bloody Sunday, the Tipperary senior football team will wear the official replica green and white jersey as worn by Tipperary on that eventful day in the Munster Football Final on Sunday week.

Tipp County Board have a €20 match pass which covers 17 championship games in all codes grades to be played next weekend, 29-30 September. The pass is available tonight in Borrisoleigh for Killenaule v Loughmore, and can be used for next weekends quarter finals also

If the GAA doesn't have a dangerous weather policy, it needs one after Tullamore today. When does player safety become an issue in hurling when players wear metal helmets and metal bands on their hurleys. Supporters need protecting too. Needs to be looked into.

Tipperary manager Colm Bonnar is reigniting the Miller Shield to assess players for his panel. Over 80 players from the South, North, Mid and West divisions play each other over three consecutive weekends starting Saturday 20th November and all games will be open to the public.

People commenting 'enough is enough' are those who wanted a break for Christmas and look what happened. Those same people were very quiet in January and February when the hospitals and morgues were filling up. Not even 4% vaccinated and people want to go back to normal, please!

As someone who loves the GAA club and inter-county game equally, it's worrying to see the growing push to take more time off the club player by pushing back the All-Ireland's. Starting club championships in September would do irrepperable damage to the club game.

Just looked at the GAA transfer list since January 1st, the number of transfers to clubs in Australia, in particular, should be a worry, not just for the GAA, but also the government that so many young people are taking flight, even if many end up returning down the line.

I wouldn't be against the MacDonagh Cup final being the permanent curtain-raiser to the All Ireland Hurling final. Giving developing counties profile on the biggest day is more beneficial than youngsters from established counties. Minor final could be played the day before.

Counties upset about finishing sixth in division 1 would want to grow up. Teams that finish fourth in hurling round robin groups miss out on knockout stages but there's no whinging. If after 7 championship matches you finish sixth in the table, do you really deserve to stay alive

I know it won't be much consolation at the moment but Loughmore/Castleiney will be remembered for playing their part in two of the best County Senior Finals in living memory in 2020. They might not have silverware to show for it but they are winners in everyone's eyes.

If JP McManus is listening to #liveline he'll wonder why he bothered. Most of this money that will go through GAA clubs will benefit women as facilities in Tipp are generally shared and Camogie and LGFA units are never charged when it comes to playing ESB bills, grass cutting...

I despair with an element of the Tipp support who feel an All Ireland is devalued if you don't win it again the year after. They played well today and lost, it happens. They never really got going this year but they'll come again. Hopefully the footballers will shine tomorrow

Cork City Council, Cork GAA and Cork Gardai would want to cop on and improve the parking arrangements around Pairc Ui Chaoimh and Pairc Ui Rinn. All you are greeted with are railings and bollards. It's as if they like the idea of hosting games but spectators are a hassle.

Liam Kearns gave Tipp some great days - ended losing championship run to Cork in 16, leading to the wins over Derry and then Galway in Croke Park. - Beat Armagh in Armagh in 2017 to win promotion to Division 2 - Got Tipp within one point of Division 1 football in 2018.

Those who say inter-county GAA can't be wrapped up in July, today is All Ireland Hurling final day but it's loss isn't being felt as the club championships are thriving as it's all that's being spoken about locally, even with restrictions. It's the way forward!
