It is an outlier. India Pakistan are not settler colonial states. It was divided based on religion and they agreed to it. Unlike Israel and Palestine. Where foreigners came and displaced indigenous people.

Also if they hold the sovereignty over 100% of the land. Then you can’t say they accepted 1948. Because they kept settling over Palestinian lands and continue to do so till today. So either they accept the 1948 borders or they want the entire land?
