These 4 years are going to go by really fast. You’ll have days where you are exhausted from agility/workouts/practice/homework. Want it all! Want the pain, want the failure, want the success, want this moment. One day, it won’t be there and you’ll wish it was.

This will give you perspective.

You never know when someone is watching you. How you do one thing is how you do everything. When I’m walking by fields, here are the players that stop me in my tracks:
1: Energetic/loud

1: Have Good Composure
2: Have at least 2-3 pitches that are MASTERED. Don’t try to have 5-6 pitches that are all mediocre. 2-3 mastered, others can be a work in progress.
3: Learn how to make in game adjustments. A bad day CAN become a good day.

Something a lot of players have trouble with when they get to college. You went from being MVP on your team to having teammates just as good or better. Sometimes its a shock to the system. The ones who come out on top know they need to get better and haven’t reached max capacity.
