Realty Income - $O is a screaming buy right now. With so many stocks roaring higher I continue to slowly add to this position. They are at prices not seen since 2020 lows and I fully anticipate them returning to ATHs and beyond.

Buybacks are criminally underrated among dividend growth investors!
They build your ownership stake in the companies without having to use your own money.
It decreases the shares that dividends are paid to so dividend raises can be given more aggressively after the buyback.
