I don’t believe substituting cytotoxics for immunotherapy ‘minimizes toxicity’ it just changes the type, timing and duration of toxicity But if we keep using CTCAE to count it we will continue to ignore life altering long term immuno tox #SABCS24

A helpful finding of COMET was that being randomised to active monitoring for low risk DCIS did not increase worry Surgery not necessary to relieve anxiety (Although LORD study driven by preference did show people choosing surgery for reassurance) #SABCS24
