@TheJoeyMama Read it slowly: in order to be found guilty, and it to stick, all factors and elements need to be proven... In my case, the government needs to provide evidence of a specific dispersal order... If that it isn't met, I never broke any laws. Tough for stupid people to understand..

@TheJoeyMama @BigoBarnett Doesn't matter that I present in the building, which obviously I was, I had a blast. But it's the knowingly factors and how the government never gave me a dispersal warning. That's their burden, they can't produce evidence of it. Rather than fight, I have a dismissal offer.

@TheJoeyMama @BigoBarnett Again, look into the "knowingly" factors... And the requirements of a dispersal warning... That's the main defence I was appealing on. They didn't meet their burden of proof, and you need it for ALL elements/ factors. This means I never broke the law on 1/6/21.😎
