Having people that support our daughter as she navigates this softball world is an amazing thing. I’m so grateful for the ones that came out yesterday to see her pitch and hit her way to the championship game. They were tournament champions, and she was 3-0 for the day.

Big shoutout! It’s odd how the less info/data people have. the more they cry out against it. but that would mean they would actually have to put in the time to create programming, study movement patterns, sequencing, and gather and interpret the data🤔#throwingskittles.
Shoutout to athletes who were the first to use weighted ball programs and had to endure being called “gimmick guys”. They went from gimmick to the standard.
