He isn't caving to the president. He is caving to Ohioans who can't make ends meet and need to get back to work. We can walk and chew gum at the same time. We can partially reopen the state in a phase one reopening and also put safety measures in place.

I agree with you. It needs to stop and this child separation policy also needs to be looked at. If needed, we need to set up a temporary tent city (FEMA has the resources) to keep children and parents together if we need additional room or another facility.
