@SamuelParkerRTD I don’t have gas. Since October 2023 I have had 1 actual read and that was September 2024. It’s always estimated at 2CCFs. I have checked with my neighbors and they regularly have actual reads so it’s not like they’re not around my neighborhood. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@TwoForFooz Lmao I had actual reads in July, Aug, Sept, and Oct 2023 then estimated reads all the way until Sept 2024 and have estimated reads since then. I’ve had a lot of anxiety about how often I get estimated reads because I’ve added people to my household.

@teevirus Can they even bill for partial CCFs? Mine is always a whole number. If I use 2 CCFs per month then my water usage should have been 1.5 CCFs.
