@JDVance Every action of this "Republican" administration proves that you are anxious to abuse & expand power, just as Bush II, Obama, Trump (I), and Biden did. The judicial branch is supposed to be, as James Madison wrote, “an impenetrable bulwark against every assumption of power...”

That is the role of a judge. The founders put judges between the president and his desire for more power. The judicial branch is supposed to be, as James Madison wrote, “an impenetrable bulwark against every assumption of power in the legislative or executive.”
If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that's also illegal. Judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate power.

Environmentalists five-year plan.
Get this. 🤣 The Arctic will be ice-free by. . . 🎯 2000 🎯 2008 🎯 2012 🎯 2013 🎯 2016 🎯 2017 🎯 2018 🎯 2019 🎯 2020 and now, 🎯 2027 Granted, most of these were predictions made by individual scientists in interviews; they were not necessarily published in papers or cited in the IPCC synthesis reports. The CMIP5 and CMIP6 models project that the first September (the month with the NH sea ice minimum) with “ice-free” conditions in the Arctic (i.e., the monthly mean sea ice extent, SIE, falls below 1 million km²) will occur sometime in the 2040s, perhaps as early as the mid- to late-2030s. 🔗 But, if I had to guess, that probably will not happen either. As far as experts’ individual predictions themselves are concerned, instead of going back and reevaluating their flawed hypotheses, they just add another 5-10 years to their “ice-free” predictions and kick the can down the road in hopes that they’ll eventually be right. Maybe one day they will be, but I highly doubt it.
