17. All staff that run an extra-curricular club for a big term receive a day off in lieu. This can be 3 days a year if you do one all year.
18. We support each other to attend our own child’s nativity, sports day or school performance etc or family events.

This time last year I left a consistently good school with a retiring head of 30 years to a school that had received an inadequate judgement 2 weeks before with a leader new to headship.
Was it hard? Absolutely.
Any regrets? Absolutely not.
