A spiral is just a wave in 3-dimensional space instead of 2. This is the essence of Dialectics. The motion and development of material forces are not bound within eternal and mechanical circles. There is a third and higher development of motion inherent, if not readily apparent, in their being: the motion of forces forwards and backwards in time. None of the forces of nature are static, universal, or discreet. Instead, even these fundamental forces are in constant development owing to their interdependence and to the contradictions necessary to their existence. To understand anything in its most concrete form, you cannot isolate it within 2-dimensional static frames. Material forces are vectors, meaning they have quantifiable magnitude as well as direction. Therefore, set into motion, a vector constantly negates its own magnitude—motion itself implies the obsolescence of form as an object spirals into higher and higher directions.
