Restocks from @TwiceBrewedCo, including the return of Toxic Juice, for those that like it green! 😁 I went to the brewery to grab these and took the opportunity to pay homage to the fallen tree with dergs. Such a sad sight, but the wild beauty of the place can't be chopped down.

I'll be open today (Thursday the 24th of October) from about 16:30 with new beers (posts to follow), but I'll be closing early at 18:45 coz I need to get to the Xentrix gig in Newcastle in time to catch Toranaga UK's support slot. Soz like! 🙂

Restocks and gift boxes from Blaydon's @firebrickbrew. I haven't seen Cushy Butterfield for ages, so I was very happy to see it had been canned. I think the last time I drank it was during Covid when I picked up a mini-keg of it. Makes me want to start singing the song...

Empty chairs today... Don't forget I'm not open for Sitty Doon Drinkies today, the Mid-month events are just the Saturday. Yesterday was a great day, thanks to everyone that turned up, and it was great to see more new faces. Next Sitty Doon weekend is 26th and 27th of October.

A restock of the @TwiceBrewedCo cans that keep selling out, and a new beer that sounds lush! Electric Feel 5.7% Galaxy Hops, that's what it's about. Nectarine, tangerine, papaya and strawberry are the big fruity flavours that come to mind when sipping on this hazy and thick IPA.

Restocked the fridge with more ciders from @PerrysCider ready for Proper Sitty Doon Drinkies 6 this weekend. Barn Owl and Vintage were the best selling of the four I got in lost time, Puffin and Redstreak are new to the fridge.

One of the @riggandfurrow beers last week decided to use its Hooves and wander around for a week. 😂 Hooves 4.4% Country Pale An intersection of pale ale & lager, inspired by rural brewing traditions. With HBC1019, Callista & Ernest Hops for notes of apricot jam & creme caramel.
