Bonnaroo Year 6 in a nutshell. This was probably the most LiveNation Bonnaroo since the takeover and while I had fun. I had some MAJOR gripes. ICYMI I was very fortunate to win VIP wristbands via a scavenger hunt so I was able to experience some cool stuff.

Here are my gripes. LiveNation are rapidly decreasing at the local/TN influence at Roo and that hurts. Barely any local vendors, giant corporate set up all over the place and more emphasis on VIP/Platinum VIP just hurts because Roo isn’t supposed to cater to them.

I get that electronic music is the most money maker at festivals but man, those EDM kids were out in full force and they sucked the life out of the festival. A good chunk of the time Roo felt like if EDC Orlando was a camping fest. A lot of rude and obnoxious ones out there.
