@BootsHelp I appear to be unable to complete my purchase. Clicking “pay now” does nothing. Tried on 2 devices and 2 separate internet connections.

@ThreeUKSupport We’ve received 100’s of calls from the same number over the last 3 days. We are in the process of getting the number blocked but seems to be an arduous process as we have multiple lines pointing to the same phone. Would you prefer I pm’d the offending number?

@ThreeUK Someone is nuisance calling my work phone from a number registered to 3. I suspect the phone is stolen-How do I go about reporting this to 3? The website and phone support options are useless.

@ThreeUKSupport I can leave this mast area and the signal switches to the next mast but, when I return to it the service drops out.

@ThreeUKSupport. The signal is ok once I turn the phone off and on again so the problem is not signal strength.
